We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion.
3. Event Participation

Participation in events is subject to availability and ticket purchase (if applicable).

We reserve the right to modify or cancel events, and participants will be informed accordingly.

Entry to an event may be denied without refund for non-compliance with the event code of conduct or policies.
4. Code of Conduct
You agree:

Not to engage in any unlawful, harmful, threatening, or abusive behavior during events or on our platform.

Not to use our platform for promotion of any products/services without prior written permission.

To respect community guidelines and event rules shared before or during events.
5. Payments and Refunds

All payments must be made through the designated payment gateway on our website.

Our Refund Policy governs all refund-related matters and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
6. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, graphics, event recordings, and materials provided by us are our property or licensed to us.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
7. User-Generated Content

Any content (comments, photos, videos) submitted during or after events may be used for promotional or archival purposes.

By sharing content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, publish, and display the content.
8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data or opportunity, resulting from event participation or use of our platform.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to events or website functionalities.
9. Third-Party Services
Our platform may link to or integrate with third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
10. Privacy
Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
REFUND POLICY
1. General Policy

All sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the Dombivlikar Friendship Run event listing or as required under applicable law.

Refund requests will be considered only in the following scenarios:

Event cancellation by the organizer.

Event rescheduling with an inability for the participant to attend the new date.

Duplicate transaction or payment error.

2. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling
-
If an Dombivlikar Friendship Run event is cancelled, you will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price.

If an Dombivlikar Friendship Run event is rescheduled, you may request a refund if you are unable to attend on the new date, provided you notify us within 5 days of the rescheduling announcement.
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please email support@dombivlikarfriendshiprun.com with the following details:

Reason for refund request
All refund requests must be made within 7 days of the Dombivlikar Friendship Run event date or the date of cancellation/rescheduling.
4. Mode and Timeline of Refund

Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–14 working days.

We are not liable for any delay caused by the payment gateway or your bank.
5. Non-Refundable Cases

No refund will be issued for no-shows.
-
Refunds will not be provided for digital Dombivlikar Friendship Run event access once the Dombivlikar Friendship Run event has started.

Service fees, convenience charges, or payment gateway fees (if any) are non-refundable.
6. Transfer/Substitution Policy
If permitted, you may transfer your ticket or registration to another person by informing us at least 48 hours before the Dombivlikar Friendship Run event.
7. Force Majeure
Events beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, government orders, pandemic-related restrictions, or natural disasters, may result in Dombivlikar Friendship Run event changes. In such cases, refunds will be handled at the discretion of the organizer.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
