Event is scheduled on Sunday, 9th November 2025

What is the start point and end point ?

Race Category - 21.1Km, 10Km, 5Km Timed and Non-timed

* End Point - Dombivli Gymkhana, Dombivli East

* Start point - Phadke Road, Dombivli East

* End point - Dombivli Gymkhana, Dombivli East

​​​​​What is the last day of registration?

Last date to register is  Friday 31st October 2025. Any changes to this date will be announced on Event website.

What time does each race start ?

• 21.1Km starts at 5:30am Participants need to report to Dombivli Gymkhana at 5:00am

• 10Km starts at 6:00am. Participants need to report to Dombivli Gymkhana at 5:30am

• 5Km starts at 7:45am. Participants need to report to Dombivli Gymkhana at 7:00am

• 1.6Km Fun Run & Walk starts at 8:30am. Participants need to report at 7:30am. Reporting Venue will be declared 1 week before event.

BIB & T-shirt Collection

​

When is BIB & Tshirt distribution ?

BIB (Race Number) & Race Tshirt will be distributed on 7th & 8th November at Dombivli Gymkhana, Dombivli East. Distribution timings will be informed 1 week prior via SMS & Email

 

I won’t be able to collect my BIB and T-shirt on the distribution day. Will it be available on the event day?

BIB and T-shirt distribution will not be available on the event day.You can, however, authorize a friend or family member to collect them on your behalf on 7th & 8th November at Dombivli Gymkhana, Dombivli East. Please provide an authorization letter mentioning their name and details for collection.

 

Do I need to show ID proof while collecting the BIB?

Yes. You must present a government-approved ID card showing your photo and date of birth. The name on your ID must match the registration name.

What will be the route map ?

Route Map for all race categories will be announced on website on 1st November 2025.

What is the minimum age eligibility to apply in each race category (on-ground)?

Registration & Participation

​

Can I change my race category after registration? Can I cancel/transfer my registration ? Will there be refund ?

Once your entry is received, no requests for any changes to race category, transfer, cancellation will be entertained under any circumstances.

 

Can I register in Multiple race categories ?

No. Each participant can register for only one race category.

 

Are all race timed ?

Only the 21.1 Km, 10 Km, and 5 Km races are timed.

The 5 Km Non-Timed and 1.6 Km Fun Run & Walk are non-timed runs meant for fun and participation.

Logistics & Facilities

​

Is parking available near event venue?

No, There is no parking available. We request participants to use public transportation.

 

Will there be baggage counters?

Yes, baggage counters will be available near the start line. Participants are requested not to keep valuables inside their bags.

 

Will there be water and medical stations along the route?

Yes. Hydration stations and medical support will be available at regular intervals along the route and at the start/finish areas.

 

Will there be refreshments after the run?

Yes, refreshments will be provided to all participants after completing their race.

 

How will I get my timing certificate?

Participants in timed categories can download their official timing E-certificate from the event timing within a few days after the race.

What should I wear for the run?

Please wear official event T-shirt with the BIB number clearly visible on the front.

How wilI get run photographs ?

For 21.1Km, 10Km, 5 KM categories - Link will be provided to runners to download photographs free of cost - Subject to your photograph captured by route photographs. For 1.6KM Fun Run - Photographs will be uploaded on official Facebook Page.
